Pyruvic acid is an alpha-keto acid with deep-cleansing, sebostatic and antimicrobial properties. Due to its high fat solubility, it penetrates the skin effectively and has a strong affinity for the pilo-sebaceous follicles.

Suitable for treating various stages of acne, age-related skin changes, and hyperpigmentation.

Lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, has moisturizing and firming anti-age properties. It stimulates the production of proteoglycans and collagen and increases the level of hyaluronic acid in the extracellular matrix.
