PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets. PRP is a concentrated source of autologo us platelets containing ample growth factors and other cytokines that stimulate healing of bone and soft tissue. PRP is just like a concentrated juice of a lot of healthy growth factors.

Please don't confuse PRP (Blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets) with PPP (Blood plasma with very low number of platelets).

Plasma is composed of about 90% water, 9% organic matter, and 1% mineral. It makes up about 55% of total blood volume.

Platelets release a multitude of growth factors that play a significant role in the repair and regeneration of connective tissues. Normal Platelet counts in blood is ave rage about 200,000/μl. The scientific proof of bone and soft tissue healing enhancement has been shown using PRP with 1,000,000/μl is the working definition of PRP today. Buffy Coat contains platelets and most of the white blood cells, making up less than 1% of the total volume of the whole blood. Millions of growth factors in PRP activate the skin regeneration and help destroyed and aging cells restored or newly created, stimulating collagen and elastin under the skin. As a result, it will naturally rejuvenate the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

EasyPRP Kit is faster, safer and more simple than other Kits for separation of blood and high concentration of Buffy Coat and Plasma.

Procedure

1. syringe up 1ml of anticoagulant
2. take 11ml of blood slowly (otherwise you broke the RBC cells)
3. shake slowly from left to right side (as a diapason) 10 times the syringe to cam mix anticoagulant and blood.
4. Syringe into the kit, through the 18G 90mm, the blood:
   • Male just 11ml
   • Female 12ml
   • Aenemic 12ml
5. put the kit in the centrifuge at 3500rpm for 5 minutes at this step there could be 3 different result:
   1. the Buffy Coat is evident and separated from RBC and Plasma. We made goal.
   2. the RBC level is down the neck and the Buffy Coat is not evident (usually in the men).
      We called it CASE A, it needs to syringe up a little bit of blood that you have still in the syringe to the narrow point as in the figure on the Manual.
      After you need to make the second centrifuge cicle at 3500rpm for just 2minutes.
   3. the RBC level is higher and the Buffy Coat is not evident.

We called it CASE B, it needs to syringe up the RBC to the narrow point as in the figure on the Manual.
After you need to make the second centrifuge cicle at 3500rpm for just 2minutes.

Usually it is enough just 1 cicle.
Sometime it needs the second cicle. It depends by the hemoglobin value of the patient.ù
