Treatment Protocol – MESO PDRN-tFNA Derma Boost & Restore


1. Indications

The treatment is used for:

  • Devitalised, dry or ageing skin
  • Fine lines and loss of elasticity
  • Redness, inflammation and sensitivity
  • Uneven skin tone and post-inflammatory marks
  • Scars, texture irregularities and sun damage
  • Skin tightening and improved skin quality

2. Preparation Before Treatment

Clinic Preparation

  • Inform the client about the treatment process, results and expected downtime. Take a pre-treatment photo with makeup.
  • Disinfect all surfaces and equipment. Put on gloves. Cover the client’s hair with a headband/hairnet.
  • Open sterile meso modules: 24-non-traumatic and optionally 3- or 1-point modules for deep lines or scars.
  • Open the Mesococktail vial.

Client Preparation

  • Remove makeup with Meso Balancing Cleanser. Take a pre-treatment photo of the cleansed skin. 2 min
  • Cleanse the skin with Meso Pure Peel. 2 min
  • Treat the skin using circular movements with the 24-non-traumatic module. Use other needle modules as needed for lines, scars or laxity using the “press and lift” technique. 20 min
  • Apply Meso Anti-age mask. 20–25 min
  • Finish with Meso Lift and Protect cream. 2 min

3. Technique and Dosage

Recommended needle depth for microneedling / non-invasive mesotherapy

  • Face: 0.3–0.5 mm
  • Neck: 0.3–0.4 mm
  • Décolleté: 0.3–0.5 mm
  • Eye area: 0.2–0.3 mm
  • Hands: 0.3–0.5 mm
  • Scars/texture: 0.5–0.7 mm (depending on skin thickness)

Recommended product amount per treatment

  • 3–4 ml for the face
  • 1–2 ml for the neck
  • 1–2 ml for the décolleté
  • 0.5–1 ml per hand
  • 1–3 ml for specific scars/areas
  • Typical total usage: 4–5 ml per session

Technique

  • Work in systematic zones: décolleté → neck → jawline → mouth → cheeks → forehead
  • Apply a thin, even layer of product throughout the treatment.
  • Use smooth, overlapping strokes for optimal penetration.
  • For scars/texture: use “press and lift” for deeper stimulation.
  • Avoid over-treating (no bleeding with non-invasive techniques).

4. Treatment Course

Standard course

  • 4–6 treatments
  • Interval: 7–14 days

Intensive anti-age course

  • 6–8 treatments
  • Interval: 7 days

Maintenance

  • One treatment every 4–6 weeks
  • Alternatively: 2 treatments every 3 months

5. Aftercare (24–72 hours)

Immediately after the treatment

  • Apply soothing serum or cream (hypoallergenic).
  • Finish with SPF 50 (mineral or medical grade). Meso Lift and Protect.

The client must avoid for 24–48 hours

  • Makeup (24 hours)
  • Sauna, swimming, solarium
  • Intense exercise or heat
  • Direct sunlight
  • Active acids, retinol or AHA/BHA
  • Harsh skincare products and scrubs

Expected reactions

  • Mild redness 1–24 hours
  • Slight swelling around the eyes (rare)
  • Warmth and mild sensitivity

Recommended home care

  • Soothing and hydrating cream twice daily
  • Mild fragrance-free cleanser
  • Plenty of water
  • Daily SPF 50

6. Long-term Maintenance

For optimal and long-lasting results, it is recommended:

  • A boost treatment every 4–6 weeks
  • Annual or semi-annual intensive courses (4 treatments)
  • Combination with peels, LED therapy or mesolift for additional effect
  • Avoid smoking and excessive UV exposure
  • Use SPF daily
