Guideline – Non-Invasive Pigment Treatment

Professional treatment protocol without injections

1. Purpose

To reduce visible pigment spots and pigmentation disorders through controlled inhibition of melanin production, reduction of inflammation, and stimulation of cell renewal – without injections and without compromising the skin barrier.

2. Indications

  • Sun damage and age spots
  • Melasma (including hormonally induced)
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
  • Uneven skin tone

3. Contraindications (relative)

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (due to retinol)
  • Active skin infection or open wounds
  • Untreated dermatitis or severe irritation
  • Lack of compliance regarding sun protection

4. Treatment Protocol – MESO PIGMENT SOLUTION

  1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly with Meso Balancing Cleanser.
  2. Prepare MESO PIGMENT SOLUTION using a sterile 24-point non-traumatic module.
  3. Massage Meso Pure Peel into the skin using circular movements (protect eyes, nose, and lips).
  4. Perform the treatment using MESO EYE LIFT.
  5. Microneedle targeted areas for 3–5 minutes using a 3- or 11-point metal module.
  6. Apply Meso Anti-Age Mask to soothe and hydrate.
  7. Finish with Meso Lift and Protect Cream (UV50).
